Aufgabe
· Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
· Conduct regular on-farm and hatchery visits to evaluate hygiene and biosecurity practices.
· Perform audits and develop customized biosecurity programs based on customer needs.
· Prepare customer reports and audit summaries in a timely manner.
· Attend, support, and facilitate participation in industry-relevant meetings, conferences, trade shows, and events throughout the territory.
· Deliver technical support, product training, and application guidance to customers and industry partners.
· Support and participate in new product trials, evaluations, and field demonstrations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and other regional teams across North America, to support business objectives and customer success.
· Travel extensively throughout the territory, with approximately 60% to 80% overnight travel required.

· Proven experience in sales and account management.
· Knowledge of the swine and poultry industries.
· Understanding of agricultural biosecurity, animal health, hygiene, and farm management practices.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong ability to educate, train, and influence customers.
· Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
