We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning content that drives performance, supports development goals, and aligns with business needs.

This position will be based in Hyderabad - India.

You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to produce impactful digital learning experiences, primarily using Articulate Storyline 360. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and a passion for modern learning practices are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360
• Translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning needs and content objectives
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to support content development
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and digital learning best practices
• Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive for a global audience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Support the localization and translation of content where required

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and digital content creation
• Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and other authoring tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global business environment
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content

Desirable

• Background in adult education, L&D, or instructional design
• Knowledge of video/audio editing tools and multimedia production
• Understanding of learning analytics and evaluation methods
