To strengthen our Global Key Account organization, we are looking for a Sales Tools & Market Intelligence Manager, based in Seneffe, Belgium.
Reporting to the Head of GTE Hub, you will strengthen the effectiveness, consistency and differentiation of Global Key Account tender activities by driving sales enablement, improving tender content, supporting Key Account communication and providing actionable market and customer insights.
Your main responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Tender Excellence
- Drive the global Seismic strategy and optimize sales enablement tools.
- Develop and standardize high-quality tender content, templates and value propositions.
- Improve content quality, storytelling and consistency across regions.
- Support strategic tenders and promote best practices.
Knowledge Management & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable sales content.
- Monitor competitors, customer expectations and market trends.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that support commercial strategy.
- Lead the internal communication strategy for the Global Key Account function.
- Promote Key Account achievements, tender wins and best practices.
- Coordinate external communication with Marketing and lead quarterly Key Account communication sessions.
- Continuously improve tools, processes and tender preparation efficiency.
- Work closely with the Tender Excellence team and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Profile
Background: We are open to different educational and professional backgrounds. Your experience may come from Sales Enablement, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Consulting, Customer Service or another field that has equipped you with the skills needed for this role. We value diverse and non-linear career paths.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience in a tender-driven B2B environment is a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluent English is essential. Any additional language is a plus.
Tools: Advanced PowerPoint skills, good Excel skills, experience with Seismic and SharePoint, and strong storytelling and content structuring abilities. You are comfortable with figures and able to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
Personal qualities: Proactive, business-oriented, collaborative and an excellent communicator with a strong sense of ownership.
