About the role
Reporting to the Head of Segment, and as part of the Global Key Account Department, you will contribute to providing a consistent level of technical and commercial support across our key segments.
Kersia’s aim is to deliver the same high standard of service worldwide, using common tools, methods and approaches to ensure a globally consistent customer experience.
This role will secure existing business and develop Kersia’s Food & Beverage business in the Netherlands by strengthening Key Account relationships, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical and global teams to deliver customer success.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Act as a connector between Dutch F&B customers and Kersia’s global Key Account network
- Support local commercial teams in developing and retaining multinational accounts in Dairy, Food Processing and Beverage
- Liaise closely with the KA team to develop opportunities, share expertise and coordinate actions
- Contribute to regional and global tenders, providing both technical and commercial input
- Use your network to create business opportunities and ensure consistent growth
- Conduct joint site visits / audits with the GPE Leader and other European experts
- Deploy new learnings, tools and methods to regional service and technical teams
- Build and maintain customer relationships at senior level, ensuring consistent service and added value
- Represent Kersia at relevant technical or market events to expand the network and support business development
- Travel regularly within the Netherlands and across Europe to support Key Account activities
Profil
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with proven commercial and technical expertise in the F&B sector (Dairy, Food Processing or Beverage)
- Experience managing projects with large national or multinational factories
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at senior customer level
- Fluency in Dutch and English (any additional language is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of autonomy, perseverance and teamwork
- Appetite for travel, both within the Netherlands and internationally, as part of a global role
